Meghan Henry

Director of Leadership Development

Meghan Henry is the Director, Leadership Development for the McCall MacBain Scholarships at McGill. In this role, Meghan manages the scholars’ leadership development program, including retreats, mentorship, coaching, seminars and workshops.

Meghan was born and raised in Flin Flon, Manitoba, and has a BSW from the University of Calgary. Meghan has over 20 years of experience working across Canada in the non-profit and public sectors, with a focus on supporting children, youth and communities.

Most recently, Meghan was a policy manager supporting child welfare system transformation for the Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. She has also led program and policy initiatives at the Ontario ministries of Indigenous Affairs, Children and Youth Services, and the Attorney General. Prior to joining government, Meghan worked in national youth-focused non-governmental organizations including Katimavik and the Loran Scholars Foundation.
