Selections Manager

Alena Klemantovich is the Selections Manager for the McCall MacBain Scholarships at McGill. In this role, she supports the selections processes. With over six years of project management expertise, she brings a background in business analysis, team facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration to the position.

Alena holds an AEC in Business Analysis from the Montreal College of Information Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages, Linguistics, and Pedagogy from Minsk State Linguistic University. She has professional experience in education, IT, and business operations and has worked in Belarus, Canada, the USA and Sweden. She combines technical proficiency with a strong ability to bridge communication between stakeholders.

A lifelong learner, Alena is passionate about continuous growth and giving back. She volunteers with a local non-profit organization, supporting Slavic community and culture. Outside of her professional life, Alena enjoys exploring Montréal’s cultural life, spending time outdoors, and discovering new approaches to personal growth and challenging herself.
