Elise is the Director of Selections and Global Community Engagement for the McCall MacBain Scholarships at McGill, a role that involves managing the selection of scholars while connecting members of our growing community.
Elise has come to the McCall MacBain Scholarships at McGill with over 16 years of experience driving outcomes across non-profit, social, and international sectors. Her strategic vision, creative approach and cultural competency have been pivotal in transforming organizations. Notable roles have included Chief Advancement Officer for YWCA, Executive Director for Family Promise, Education Equity Advocate for ACLU of Pennsylvania, Program Manager for Global Refuge, and roles in student services, community organizing, disaster preparedness, and humanitarian assistance.
Elise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, International Relations, Peace & Conflict Studies; a Certificate in Nonprofit Management; and an Associate’s Degree in Cultural Anthropology.
