Officer Cadet Chloe Chisholm is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering at the Royal Military College of Canada. She grew up in Newfoundland, where she developed a deep sense of community and a desire to give back.

A U Sports All-Academic Canadian, Chloe serves as captain of the women’s varsity soccer team and works part-time coaching youth at a soccer academy. She volunteers as the undergraduate representative for her department, organizing department events and gathering student feedback, and led a squadron of 90+ cadets. Last summer, she participated in a selective United States Air Force Academy program.

With the McCall MacBain Scholarship, Chloe will enter the Master of Science in Electrical Engineering program at McGill. She hopes to deepen her technical knowledge in areas such as artificial intelligence, advanced control, computer vision, and communication systems.
