As Director, Leadership Development, you will support the ongoing development and execution of the Leading with Purpose program for the McCall MacBain Scholars at McGill. The Scholars Program includes annual retreats, mentors, coaching, bi-weekly leadership development seminars, ongoing skills-based workshops, a speaker series, coaching, and other activities.

McCall MacBain Scholarships at McGill is situated on land which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg nations.
